Testimonials

My cousin has been receiving domiciliary home-care services from Festy Great Health-care now for a year. We had an awful experience with the previous provider, Profad in Dec 22- Jan 2023, which affected my cousin's mental health; causing her to become depressed. So when we changed to Festy in Jan 23, we were a little concerned about the standard of care that would be provided. Festy have been providing services for a year now and we are so pleased that they are looking after my cousin with care and compassion. Patience and Ola ensure that their staff are trained well. Fidelis, one of the younger carers is so kind and patient. Always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. They are happy for me to contact them if I am concerned about her. We have peace of mind knowing that my disabled cousin, who requires 4x day visits, is fully cared for and is happy. She is able to enjoy her life again. Thank you so much for rebuilding our trust in carers; who have such a responsible job in caring for vulnerable people.
